We seek land anywhere that valued over $2 million and suitable for commercial development in localities that are development friendly.  We prefer land that is zoned commercial and fully entitled and approved for development, but also will consider raw, unentitled parcels that can be re-zoned to commercial with relative speed and ease.  We structure win/win deals that net the land owner more than asking price and/or market value by only working with owners of free and clear land.
